Superacid Group

Exploiting the uniqueness of superacid chemistry, through superelectrophilic activation, original synthetic methodologies that have no equivalent in classical organic synthesis are developed by the group for the direct synthesis of elaborated original compounds of high synthetic and biological value.

In a context, where chemical diversification is a vital part of the drug development process when the conventional synthetic methods for analogue generation showed limitations, innovative superacid technology offers a fast, versatile and revolutionary approach to the generation of new drugs analogues.
