The Gay Lussac graduate school

The Gay Lussac graduate school (PRES Limousin-Poitou-Charentes) presents its graduate environmental science courses at the Universities of la Rochelle, Limoges and Poitiers, from registration to thesis defence.

This website provides information to PhD students, who are by definition young researchers in training, on ways of financing their thesis project, doctoral training and the professional insertion of graduates.

The Gay Lussac environmental science graduate school is an important establishment due to the role it plays in training and research, and the fact that it helps to raise the international profile of the inter-regional PRES France Centre Atlantique Université.


Doctoral School Gay-Lussac is based on the quality of laboratories recognized multidisciplinary opening and proper preparation for professional life. Research programs currently fall into two main themes:

– Axis I : Resource management and environmental quality
